HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER FROM JUSTINTOSCOOTERS?

We aim to deliver within Ireland - 5 working days, UK - 7  TO 10 working days approximately (Mon-Fri), orders placed after noon may take an extra day's delivery. Please note, during COVID-19 and busy periods, especially sale time, delivery may take between up to 10 to 14 days UK, 14 + days Europe 10-21 days ROW, we do aim to get your purchase out as soon as possible.

We deliver to all Mainland Ireland, UK, Europe, Asia and ROW

DELIVERY EXCEPTIONS

On rare occasions parcels may go missing, if for any reason you have not received your parcel within 7 days UK - 14 days Europe  of-, ordering 21 days ROW please email us info@justintoscooters.com and allow us 5-8 working days for us to carry out the investigation.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY CHARGE?

There is a delivery charge of  €3.95 to Ireland,  €4.95 to Mainland UK, 8.95 to Europe, €14.95 Asia and  €19.95 ROW on all full priced orders.

WHAT ARE MY DELIVERY OPTIONS?

You can only specify a different delivery address from your billing address, if it is your place of work. Just fill in your office address details at the checkout when prompted.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will be sent an email to confirm that we have dispatched your order by standard An Post international. On this confirmation, we will include a batch number to monitor its progress. If for some reason you did not receive a dispatched email from us please email our customer service info@justintoscooters with your order number and they will update you on the status of your order.

STATUTORY RIGHTS
